Plastic surgeries

Liposuction

Purpose: Liposuction, or simply lipo, is a type of fat-removal procedure used in plastic surgery. Evidence does not support an effect on weight beyond a couple of months and does not appear to affect obesity-related problems. In the United States, liposuction is the most common cosmetic surgery. The fat cells are removed permanently during liposuction.

Breast Implant

Purpose: Breast augmentation with implants aims to increase breast size or restore volume after weight loss or pregnancy. Reconstruction after mastectomy is another common purpose.
Procedure: Implants can be inserted either under the chest muscle or glandular tissue, and they are available in various shapes and sizes.

Rhinoplasty/ Nose reshaping Surgery

Purpose: Rhinoplasty is performed to enhance the aesthetic appearance of the nose or correct structural issues that may impact breathing.
Procedure: Surgeons modify the bone and cartilage of the nose, often making incisions inside the nostrils or, in some cases, externally.

Tummy Tuck or Mummy Makeover

Purpose: Mommy Makeover typically involves a combination of procedures to address changes in the abdomen and breasts after pregnancy and childbirth. Tummy tuck specifically targets the abdominal area.
Procedure: During a tummy tuck, excess skin is removed, and abdominal muscles are tightened for a firmer, more toned appearance.

Buttock Implant

Purpose: Buttock augmentation with implants is performed to enhance the size and shape of the buttocks.
Procedure: Implants are placed through incisions, often in the crease where the buttocks meet the back of the thighs.

Face lift

Purpose: A facelift, or rhytidectomy, is aimed at reducing visible signs of aging in the face and neck, such as sagging skin and wrinkles.
Procedure: Surgeons lift and tighten facial tissues, and excess skin is removed, resulting in a more youthful appearance.

Dimple Plasty

Purpose: Dimple plasty, or dimple creation surgery, is a cosmetic procedure to form dimples on the cheeks for aesthetic reasons.
Procedure: Small incisions are made inside the cheek, and a suture is used to create a small, natural-looking dimple when smiling.

Hand Injury

Purpose: Plastic surgery for hand injuries aims to correct deformities, injuries, or conditions affecting the hands.
Procedure: The specific procedure depends on the nature of the hand injury but may involve reconstructive techniques, such as grafts or tendon repair, to restore function and appearance.

Hair Transplant

Purpose: Hair transplant is a surgical procedure designed to address hair loss by moving hair follicles from one part of the body (often the back or sides of the scalp) to the bald or thinning areas.
Procedure: The two primary techniques are Follicular Unit Transplantation (FUT), where a strip of scalp is removed and dissected into grafts, and Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE), which involves individual extraction of follicles. The grafts are then implanted into the recipient area. The goal is to achieve natural-looking hair growth in areas where hair is sparse or absent. Hair transplant is commonly used to treat male pattern baldness and, in some cases, female pattern baldness.
